Below is important information regarding how COVID-19 could have an impact on real estate licensing.
Please note: As you know, information around the pandemic is changing every day. This is what we know right now, and we will continually update this page as we learn more. Please contact your real estate regulatory agency for specific questions, and the most up-to-date information regarding real estate licensing.

At this time, we do not have information as to how COVID-19 will affect applying for your real estate license with your state. As we learn more, we will update this page on our website.
However, in order to have the most current information, we recommend you visit your state’s regulatory agency’s website and contact them directly with specific questions.
Minnesota requires you to take the course final exam for all online pre-license courses under the supervision of a proctor. We have suspended proctoring at our office location, and currently do not have a timeframe when that will resume. It is likely going to be difficult (if not impossible) to find proctors during the COVID-19 outbreak. Please take this into consideration as you are planning your pre-license education.
Attention Minnesota Broker Pre-license Students:
Since exam proctoring could be an issue, please take this into consideration if you are taking the Minnesota Broker Pre-License Course for your continuing education credits. You are required to pass a PROCTORED final exam for the course in order to receive the continuing education credits. At this time, we recommend you take our Minnesota CE courses, and do NOT rely on the broker course for CE credits since exam proctoring is currently an issue. Please contact us if you would like to exchange your broker course for CE courses, or to receive a refund.
If you are able to successfully get your exam proctored, following the required proctoring guidelines (https://continuingedexpress.com/proctorschedule), please contact us PRIOR to taking your proctored exam so we can provide you current instructions for submitting your proctor letter to us.
Since things are changing all the time due to COVID-19, we recommend you contact your state’s real estate regulatory agency with license renewal questions, or other specific questions. We want to make sure you have the most up-to-date information.
