Overcoming Resistance -
"Objection" is traditional sales lingo that means resistance from a customer when you ask for a decision.
Instead of objections, however, think of them as concerns, questions, or problems, because that's all they are.
That attitude will help you help your customers make decisions instead of arousing more resistance.
